• Is the area safe? Absolutely. The home is located in an exclusive gated family friendly community in Lewis Ranch. • Is this house good for remote workers? Of course! We offer high-speed wifi and have a dedicated workspace. • Can I bring pets? We don’t allow pets in this home.
Access
✓ Full access to all common areas, including the hot tub and game room. ✓ Self-check-in with a provided access code. ✓Easy road access for trips to Breckenridge, Black Hawk and other local attractions ✓ There is a shuttle service that will transport you around the community Other Things to Note: • Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is 26. Please do not exceed this limit. • Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older. • Events: Events are allowed, including family gatherings and weddings, with a maximum of 30 attendees. • Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. • Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years. • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. • Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per Summit County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site. • Fire Pit: The fire pit is unavailable to guests due to liability concerns. • Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason. • Please note that we do not offer refunds for ski conditions, weather, road closures, or any other circumstances outside our cancellation policy. • We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form, which includes signing our rental agreement and providing basic contact details.
